On Saturday, Lily Allen offered the latter to the 60,000-strong crowd gathered at Tøyenparken for Norway’s Øya Festival, delivering a set that read less like a concert and more like a fashion-forward theatrical residency — one built, quite literally, from the ground up.

The 41-year-old singer took to the stage in a pale pink satin bustier, its delicate lace cups and black suspender-style detailing lending the look a lingerie-adjacent audacity that felt entirely intentional. It is a silhouette that has become something of a signature for Allen this era: intimate apparel reimagined as outerwear, softness sharpened by structure.
