In Paris for Couture Week, Kylie Jenner decided to show her little girl Stormi Webster the ropes, and dressed her in an outfit to match her own.
It was a sight to behold at the Valentino Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week: Kylie Jenner and her darling daughter Stormi Webster, twinning in fabulous feathered frocks. The mother-daughter duo brought high fashion whimsy to the front row, a vision of couture cuteness that had cameras flashing.
Arriving at a party for Valentino, Jenner wore a black crepe Maison Valentino strapless body-con dress with a short train, accessorized with black satin heels, a black handbag, and gold earrings. Stormi, who is soon to turn six, got a long-sleeved black dress, patent leather Mary Janes, and a tiny bag of her own. Though Jenner’s are more elaborate, her gold earrings pick up on her daughter’s gold hoops. Both ladies added boas and sunglasses to create and even more fabulous look.
One could see Kylie proudly preening to have her firstborn experiencing the magic of Paris Fashion Week by her side. At nearly six years old, Stormi is already developing her own sense of style under the guidance of her supermodel mama. As Kylie recently revealed, Stormi enjoys experimenting with makeup and trying on her mother’s iconic Kylie Cosmetics lip kits around the house. “She loves putting on a red lip every once in awhile,” Kylie confessed. Even playing dress-up takes on glitzy proportions when your mother’s eponymous makeup and skincare lines bring billions to the bank.
Clearly, Stormi feels just as at home amidst the excess of the fashion world as her famous mommy does. Last June, during a trip to London, Kylie brought Stormi to Harrod’s famed department store. There, they visited Kylie’s extensive makeup and skincare displays before retreating into a customized shopping suite brimming with designer duds, plush toys, and accessories galore. “Look at what Harrod’s did for Stormi to go shopping,” Kylie exclaimed in an Instagram Story. “Is this not the craziest? You are a spoiled, spoiled girl.”
But in truth, beyond the extravagance lies the simple joy all mothers feel in sharing adventures with their little ones. For Kylie and Stormi Webster, Paris Fashion Week 2024 will no doubt remain a treasured memory of matching style in the City of Light. The tiny trendsetter is now old enough to revel alongside her mother in exclusive front row experiences.
