Paris Fashion Week was abuzz with A-list arrivals yesterday as Virgil Abloh’s legacy label Off-White staged its much-anticipated Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show. Leading the charge of famous front row attendees? None other than our fashionable homegirl Maya Jama, looking tres chic in an Off-White zip-up dress and padded jacket ensemble.
The 29-year-old television personality and style icon held court alongside Off-White muse Ashley Graham, tennis legend Serena Williams, singer Halle Bailey and actress Willow Smith. It was a veritable who’s who of cool girls – all close Abloh confidantes who continue to champion the late designer’s avant basic vision.
In true Maya fashion, the recently-retired Love Island host made time for a fun fashion week cameo amidst her unrelenting schedule. Earlier this month, she flew into Paris straight from South Africa where she filmed the Love Island All Stars reunion. Nonetheless, the jet-setting star showed no signs of fatigue as she hopped from one glamorous front row to another – even squeezing in appearances at Marni and Off-White within 24 hours. How does she do it? “I don’t really get jet lag,” she confessed to Harper’s BAZAAR UK.
Indeed, there’s no stopping Maya lately. Just one day before the Off-White presentation, she could be spotted hobnobbing with newlywed Kanye West at the Marni Autumn/Winter 2024 show. Ever the trendsetter, she turned heads in a barely-there sheer dress with bold cut-outs. And in yet another fashion milestone this weekend, she’s gearing up to host her first ever Brit Awards.
But yesterday was all about Off-White. Maya was perfectly dressed for the part, channeling Abloh’s signature irony in an elevated streetwear look. She accessorized with a logo-embossed shoulder bag and matching heels. Sleek ebony waves completed the sophisticated yet laidback vibe.
Inside the showspace, it was a full-on family reunion brimming with affection and laughter. Maya cosied up with singer Jessie Ware to snap fun selfies, later shouting out the Brit songstress’s front row slay on Instagram: “How are you this perfect looking?!”. Elsewhere, Ashley Graham dazzled photographers in a racy bodycon midi dress with a scene-stealing thigh slit.

Off-White’s shows have become a highlight of Paris Fashion Week ever since Abloh stormed onto the scene. But yesterday marked the first without the trailblazing creative director, who tragically passed away from cancer at age 41. Maya, Ashley and their famous friends made it clear however – his incredible legacy lives on.
