Timothée Chalamet Wins Best Actor as “One Battle After Another” Dominates Critics Choice Night

Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another claimed best picture at Sunday’s Critics Choice Awards, with Anderson securing best director. Sinners swept four categories, including the newly introduced best casting and ensemble for Francine Maisle, plus wins for Miles Caton (best young actor/actress), Ryan Coogler (best original screenplay), and Ludwig Göransson (best score). Timothée Chalamet earned best actor for Marty Supreme, while Jessie Buckley won best actress for Hamnet. Jacob Elordi and Amy Madigan took supporting honors. Television saw Sarah Snook and Adolescence triumph in limited series, The Studio captured best comedy, and The Pitt dominated drama categories. Chelsea Handler returned as host for her fourth consecutive year.
