‘The Nanny’ star showed off her stylish take on menswear at the AMI Alexandre Mattiussi show Thursday evening<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Nanny\u00a0<\/em>star, 66, impressed in a stylish menswear-inspired look at Paris Fashion Week. She donned a chic pantsuit at the AMI Alexandre Mattiussi Menswear Fall\/Winter 2024-2025 fashion show on Thursday night in the French capital. Fran Drescher, the effervescent star of the beloved ’90s sitcom The Nanny, brought her singular sense of style to the City of Light this week, commanding attention at the AMI fashion show during Men’s Paris Fashion Week. Her look consisted of a tailored black pantsuit on top of a silk black and white pinstripe vest and a pair of satin black pointed-toe heels.<\/p>\n

Clad in a sharp black pantsuit with a silk pinstripe vest, Ms. Drescher exuded polish and panache. The vest added a dash of whimsy to the ensemble, picking up on the breezy irreverence that also defined her character’s aesthetic on The Nanny. Yet the sleek cut of the suit ensured the look remained crisply pulled-together. Ms. Drescher accessorized with a pair of pointed black heels, a black leather baguette bag and oversized sunglasses for a finishing touch of Parisian glamour. A swipe of red lipstick and gentle waves in her signature brown locks completed the look.<\/p>\n

Ms. Drescher’s appearance caused a stir amongst attendees more accustomed to the bells and whistles of high fashion. Yet her clever styling proved she can hold her own against the catwalk elite. The Nanny made its mark through Ms. Drescher’s character Fran Fine’s eye-catching ensembles, which costume designer Brenda Cooper intentionally crafted as witty fashion statements. Chosen to complement Ms. Drescher\u2019s bold comedic sensibilities, those now-iconic looks still inspire appreciation and imitation from fans today.<\/p>\n
