Zo\u00eb Kravitz<\/a> Saint Laurent is a partnership that never misses, and Paris Fashion Week has just delivered another masterclass. Handed an unspoken all-black dress code, the actor made monochrome feel newly electric, turning up her love of gothic glamour at a show thick with emotion.<\/p>\n

The spring 2027 presentation unfolded on Tuesday at the Fontaine du Trocad\u00e9ro, along a long, grandiose catwalk with a illuminated Eiffel Tower glittering behind it. Designed by Anthony Vaccarello, the show carried extra weight: it marked a decade since he took the creative reins at the house, and whispers in Paris suggested it could be his final collection there.<\/p>\n

Naturally, the 37-year-old arrived in a muted uniform with a daring twist. As a global ambassador for the French label, Kravitz slipped into the Jeanne slingback pumps in glossy black glazed leather. The design is all sharp intent: a low, square-cut vamp, a lengthened point tipped in metal, and the Cassandre monogram set into the front. A slim strap circles the back of the foot, and she appeared to opt for the taller 90mm stiletto.<\/p>\n

Above them, the look turned unapologetically transparent. Kravitz chose the black lace cardigan and straight skirt from Saint Laurent’s fall 2026 collection. The cropped top revealed skin through its floral pattern, finished with scalloped edges and a wide black ribbon knotted at the chest. The knee-length skirt matched, worn with no opaque lining. Together, the pieces were almost entirely see-through, tracing her silhouette and nodding to Vaccarello’s long-running fascination with reimagining the naked dress.<\/p>\n

On her feet, the actor wore Saint Laurent’s Jeanne slingback pumps<\/a> in glossy black glazed leather. The silhouette is pure provocation: a low-cut square vamp, an elongated pointed toe capped in metal, and the house’s Cassandre monogram set into the front. A slender strap curved around the heel, and Kravitz appeared to favor the taller 90mm stiletto, sharpening her stance and her edge.<\/p>\n

She was far from alone in the dark. Kravitz headed an army of black-clad It girls: Gabbriette in a vampy lip, Amelia Gray in a slouchy suit, Ros\u00e9 in a patent-leather jacket and Hailey Bieber in a plunging blazer. Ad\u00e8le Exarchopoulos, Kravitz and Bieber posed together, adding fresh anticipation to the Zo\u00eb Kravitz Saint Laurent circle. August’s announcement that Exarchopoulos will act opposite Kravitz thrilled film lovers, and it marks a new stage in the French actress’s international career, following her billing alongside Lena Dunham and Emily Ratajkowski in the British Netflix series Too Much<\/em>. Zo\u00eb Salda\u00f1a, meanwhile, showed considerably more foot in thin, crisscrossed mules, proof that the evening’s shoe story had range.<\/p>\n

The front row read like a who’s who of fashion, film and music: Salda\u00f1a, Rami Malek, Eddie Redmayne and his wife Hannah Bagshawe, Donatella Versace, Natalia Dyer, Laura Harrier, Mark Ronson, Carla Bruni and Catherine Deneuve.<\/p>\n

For anyone building an evening wardrobe, the Zo\u00eb Kravitz Saint Laurent formula offers a clear lesson. Keep the palette strict, then let texture, transparency and a razor-sharp shoe do the talking. A metal-capped point instantly elevates lace; a low vamp lengthens the leg; a stiletto lifts the whole silhouette. Black may be the safest color in the closet, but on Kravitz it never feels safe.<\/p>\n

As the Eiffel Tower shimmered above the runway, the night felt like both celebration and farewell.
