The 26-year-old model and singer channeled high-wattage glamour on the red carpet of the MAC Cosmetics’ Viva Glam Billion Dollar Ball in New York City this week, proving her place among fashion’s rising stars.<\/p>\n

For the splashy event, held in Manhattan’s Financial District, Leon stunned in a leopard-print bustier dress that clung to her every curve.
