On the heels of her resignation, this appearance marked Voigt’s first major red carpet moment since that highly publicized decision. The Utah native has been open about the mental health struggles that prompted her to step away from the Miss USA role, revealing she had been diagnosed with anxiety and prescribed medication.<\/p>\n
