Zendaya Channels Retro Glam in a Preppy Pink Jacquemus Dress<\/p>\n

The fashion world was abuzz when Zendaya arrived at a recent promo event in a show-stopping custom Jacquemus creation. The 27-year-old actress and style icon stepped out in a pale pink polo dress that perfectly blended vintage inspiration with modern flair.<\/p>\n

The custom frock featured a collared, button-up polo top cropped just beneath the bust, its short sleeves reminiscent of a tennis player’s uniform. But instead of following through with traditional sporty style, the top transitioned into an utterly feminine full skirt with a drawstring waist. Two circular cut-outs framed Zendaya’s toned midriff, adding a daring yet tasteful glimpse of skin.<\/p>\n

The midi-length skirt portion cascaded down in an A-line silhouette exquisitely nipped at the waist before fanning out in a full, swingy shape. The design struck the perfect balance between sporty polo top and babydoll dress bottom.<\/p>\n

While the dress itself was a masterclass in contrasting aesthetics, Zendaya’s styling took the look to wholly new retro-inspired heights. Her signature honey blonde tresses were teased into an exaggerated 60s-esque flipped out style by hairstylist Ursula Stephen. To top it all off, she pulled her honey blonde blowout back with a Gossip Girl-esque headband affixed with a more standard pale pink satin hair bow.<\/p>\n

For beauty, makeup artist Ernesto Casallas painted Zendaya’s face with a soft, rosy glow. A subtle wash of pink shimmery shadow, winged liner, flushed cheeks, and a creamy nude lip allowed her glowing skin to shine. The makeup felt fresh and youthful, yet timelessly chic.<\/p>\n

Zendaya’s delicate soft pink sling-backs kitten heels perfectly matched her hair bow and complemented the look’s throwback aesthetic. A few dainty silver rings provided the only jewelry, keeping the spotlight squarely on that incredible dress.<\/p>\n

The breathtaking custom ensemble once again cemented Zendaya’s status as a true fashion force. While the dress itself channeled Jacquemus’ signature blend of sporty and sexy, Zendaya’s styling transformed it into a total retro fantasy.<\/p>\n
