Halsey Stuns in Strappy Black Heels at “Monkey Man” Premiere with Avan Jogia<\/p>\n

Halsey commanded attention on the red carpet at the special screening of “Monkey Man” in Los Angeles this week. The chart-topping singer stunned in a chic all-black ensemble, putting her impeccable fashion sense on full display.<\/p>\n

All eyes were on Halsey as she arrived at the Pacific Design Center rocking a satin Vivienne Westwood mini dress. The off-the-shoulder number hugged her curves in all the right places, with ruching details along the bodice and skirt adding texture and shape. Dripping in jewels, Halsey oozed laid-back glamour.<\/p>\n

But the pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance was undoubtedly her footwear choice – cue the latest must-have heel of the season. Halsey elevated her look (literally) with lust-worthy black patent leather stilettos boasting a barely-there, strappy silhouette. The open-toe stunners featured delicate crisscross toe straps and an anklet strap for support, all atop a soaring 3-4 inch stiletto heel.<\/p>\n
