Zendaya Slays in Robotic Couture at Dune: Part Two Premiere<\/p>\n

In a world of predictable red carpet glamour, Zendaya once again proved she is fashion’s most fearless maverick at the Dune: Part Two premiere. The actress and style icon arrived in a jaw-dropping robotic ensemble that redefined the boundaries of modern style.<\/p>\n

Zendaya’s futuristic look fused an ancient knight’s armor silhouette with a thoroughly modern, skin-baring sensibility. The metal cyborg-esque suit sculpted her fabulous figure while leaving little to the imagination, thanks to its deep cutouts and transparent panels that exposed swaths of skin. The actress appeared to wear a skin-toned catsuit underneath for modesty.<\/p>\n

Yet this was no mere provocative look – the hand-crafted silver metal bodice, sculpted into sharp angles, felt like the vanguard of a new age in fashion. Zendaya’s suit came complete with built-in gloves that extended her fingers into sleek metallic points, instantly iconic. A shining blue sapphire pendant was the sole embellishment, a vivid punctuation amidst the gleaming silver.<\/p>\n

As always, Zendaya elevated the avant-garde ensemble with expert styling. Her hair was slicked back in a sleek chignon, and her makeup was understated, allowing the futuristic costume to shine. The look was undoubtedly the vision of her long-time style collaborator, the legendary Law Roach, who stood by her side on the carpet. Zendaya’s bold, boundary-pushing appearance is par for the course for the fashionista, especially following the news that she’s been tapped to co-host the 2024 Met Gala alongside Vogue’s Anna Wintour. After years of serving iconic looks at fashion’s biggest night, she’ll finally have the chance to bring her visionary style to the forefront as a presiding tastemaker.<\/p>\n

While her\u00a0Dune: Part Two<\/em> look is easily Zendaya’s most dramatic red carpet moment to date, the actress is well-known for pushing the fashion envelope whenever, wherever, and however she wants when she has the opportunity. While attending the 2019 Grammys, for example, the\u00a0Spider-Man\u00a0<\/em>star\u00a0channeled her inner Batman villain Poison Ivy\u00a0with an emerald green, sheer Vera Wang dress featuring a daring, thigh-high slit.<\/p>\n
