Hollywood’s most glittering night delivered a defining career moment for Michael B. Jordan, who captured the Best Actor Oscar at the 98th Academy Awards for his commanding performance in Ryan Coogler’s Sinners. The 39-year-old star, known for his magnetic screen presence and modern leading-man polish, finally claimed his first Academy Award after years of critical praise and cultural influence.
Accepting the statuette to roaring applause, Jordan opened simply but powerfully: “God is good.
